Lahore: Lahore Deputy Commissioner (DC) Umer Sher Chattha visited the Lakhuder land acquisition site of the recently launched Chahar Bagh project, according to news sources. The River Urban Development Authority (RUDA) is acquiring the required land through the land revenue authority.

Reportedly, RUDA is developing the Chahar Bagh project on 1,079-kanal land near the Ravi River. This is Lahore’s first smart residential construction project with various high-rises. Members of the revenue authority informed DC on the project dimensions and ongoing progress at the project site. As per the briefing, the project will include a number of high-rise residential and commercial structures. There will be Lahore’s first 45-storey skyscraper. In addition, several 12-story highrise apartment projects with rooftop gardening and smart entry and exit systems will be built.

Previously, the Punjab government announced the pre-registration for ‘Ravi Chahar Bagh.’ Those interested are encouraged to pre-register for the limited inventory on www.ruda.gov.pk/chaharbagh
