Lahore: The River Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has announced that the first ballot for the Chahar Bagh project will be held on March 31, according to a newspaper advertisement. The authority has asked interested parties and individuals to hurry up and submit their applications by March 21st to avail the chance to be part of the country’s first smart city initiative.

As per the advertisement, overseas Pakistanis can also participate through Roshan Digital Account (RDA). Chahar Bagh is the flagship project of the RUDA, which is being marketed as the first smart urban development in the country. The project offers the following benefits:

- Booking starts from 10% down payment
The project is located adjacent to the Ring Road Interchange Shareef Pura/Bhaini Road Interchange on M-2 Motorway.
