Achieving another milestone, the Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi administration held a ceremonial ground-breaking at the society’s Site II on August 24, 2015. Will this news provide another buzz that will throw the currently slow sale-purchase activity into high gear? We will see in the time to come, but let’s keep our fingers crossed for now.
Coming back to the ceremony, the groundbreaking was performed by Pakistan Air Force (PAF)’s deputy chief of air staff, who was the chief guest on the occasion.
Please note that Site II has been allocated for standard apartments, while Site I – the ground-breaking for which was performed on July 7, 2015 – has been allocated for luxury apartments.
The location of Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi is no longer a mystery. An official of the society told Zameen.com that both Sites I and II were located on Super Highway next to Dream World Resort. We were also told that the developer had started development work on Site I (for luxury apartments). Ground leveling and boring to ensure water supply are currently being undertaken at the site, while development work on Site II is yet to begin.
You must now be waiting for the balloting to take place. Trust me, it’s not that far off now. Wait a little longer, until Eid-ul-Azha at the minimum. The society official also told us that the balloting would take place within one or two weeks of Eid.
I am not going to discuss registration form prices, as there are no standard rates to be stated. Dealers undertake sale-purchase deals in WhatsApp groups and exchange voice messages to keep evidence of the deals from leaking. The rates change almost every day, which is what is keeping me from citing any at the moment.
Let’s see how the news of the ground-breaking will be perceived by estate agents and what claims – on the basis of this news – they will make to create a push for a hike in registration form prices, which are lower than expected at the moment.

Fazaia Housing is reputable brand like DHA, and Bahria Town. I personally prefer to invest in the order to be DHA 1st , Fazaia 2nd and Bahria Town at a third place. These three are currently the safest investments. I have not experienced the rest, so far.
I opine that prices of Luxuary and Standard apartments in Fazaia Housing Society, after balloting, shall definitely have a positive trend and would be more than our expectations.
now it is revealed that both luxury and standard apartments of fazaia will hv different locations…..these locations are no where near super highway, but are located well inside, more closer to northern bypass. there are many projects in the viciniy which were selling like peanuts and will definitely see a surge in prices because of fazaia coming in the close proximity. saima villas on main superhighway, where northern bypass joins superhighway is now selling one unit bungalows on this prime location for just 50 lacs +, a bargain at this prime location when u compare to the fazaia apartment prices, or to bahria town prices, miles away on superhighway and then miles inside the bahria town….similarly chapal uptown one unit villas , a famous and reputed name in developers, just opposite the luxury fazaia apartment site are available at 40+ lacs….grab them before prices are escalated……. and for those interested in plots be aware of a very clean society, the pakland groups, saadi garden on main superhighway, where 120 yds plotscan still be bought for under 10lacs, inclusive of development charges…..very soon construction will start….grab them before the prices go beyond u….good luck
