As per details, both officials discussed plans to implement the project through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) or a joint provincial-federal consortium. The M6 project will span approximately 306 kilometers as a six-lane, access-controlled toll road designed to provide safe and efficient travel. Initially planned for construction via a PPP in 2022, the project faced delays due to contractual issues, leading to a reevaluation of its route and partnerships.
To expedite progress, the federal minister proposed starting the motorway from Karachi to better accommodate port traffic, a suggestion welcomed by the chief minister, who pledged to assess implementation options. They also discussed the potential formation of a joint consortium for equal ownership of the project.

Additionally, completion of the Jamshoro-Sehwan Road was promised by March 2025.
The CM emphasised the importance of timely infrastructure upgrades, with both governments demonstrating commitment to a more connected and accessible transport network across Sindh.
