Lahore: The forms submission deadline for Bahria Town Karachi’s brand new apartment project, titled ‘Central Park Apartments’, is all set to expire today (November 14), according to news sources. Previously, the scheme’s administration had announced its decision to provide a PKR 100,000 discount facility to applicants who succeed in the project’s upcoming balloting event.
The discounted amount is to be adjusted in the down payment of the allottees of the apartments, as per the sources. The booking forms can be submitted in selected Bahria Town Offices as well as designated branches of the Allied Bank.
According to reports, the project has garnered encouraging response from the general public. It received a record number of booking in the first hour of the launch. However, in an earlier statement by Bahria Town’s Country Head Shahid Mehmood Qureshi, it was announced that the allottees of Bahria Paradise, Bahria Sports City and other discontinued Bahria projects will be compensated in this project. No further announcement on this front has surfaced as of yet.
The design of this project is inspired by the iconic Central Park of Manhattan in New York. The units in Central Park Apartments project feature 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom penthouses. Further, these properties are available on a flexible four-year payment plan.
