Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Pervaiz Elahi on Friday met with Lahore Central Business District Development Authority (LCBDDA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Imran Amin and was briefed about the potential of the Central Business District (CBD) in Lahore, according to news sources.

As per the sources, the chief minister was informed that CBD seeks to ensure ‘bespoke and innovative real estate supply to contribute to national development. He was also told that the project offers huge investment scope and has attracted foreign and national investors. The project was cited as a game changer that will change the fate of the province by securing investment, generating revenues and counteracting unemployment.

During the meeting, CM Chaudhry Parvez Elahi asked the concerned authorities to devise a comprehensive foolproof monitoring system for all public relief projects in the province, which will be personally supervised by him.
