Islamabad: The Cabinet Division Employees Cooperative Housing Society (CDECHS) has shared an important notice for its defaulting members via a publication shared in the national dailies today (January 8). As per the ‘Final Notice’, the defaulters are required to clear their pending payments within one month of the publication of the notice.
The defaulters are required to clear all the pending payments via pay-order/draft – to be submitted in the society office in Sector E-16/17, Islamabad. The notice further states that those failing to make the payments will fact legal action as per the bylaws of CDECS’s society management.

The notice also mentions that the dues are to be paid as per the revised rates notified by the society management. In the case of noncompliance, defaulters will also face penalties, which include fine and cancellation of plot(s).
