Islamabad: Understanding the importance of building water reservoirs in the country, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board has put together a contribution from the salary of employees of CDA and Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI), quoted a news report. For this purpose, two days’ basic salary of BS-16 officers and one day’s basic salary of BS-15 officers will be collected for the fund.
The Supreme Court has established the fund for which a large number of companies, organisations, civic agencies, and individuals are collecting donations and doing their part for the construction of Mohmand and Diamer-Bhasha dams to control water shortage in the country.
