Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is undertaking a significant initiative to enhance its financial stability by constructing the CDA Tower in Sector G-8, as reported in a news source on March 18.

Pursuant to the details, this project has been brought forward through collaboration with the private sector signalling a commitment to innovation and economic progress. The tower envisioned as a commercial hub, will cater to the needs of Islamabad’s business community with tailored office spaces.
To ensure financial feasibility, the CDA plans to utilise the tower’s income to cover operational costs, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and proactive management. Additionally, the CDA is engaging consultants to optimize the tower’s design and functionality, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
