Previously, the board of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) decided to rename the newly-constructed PWD interchange after the recently deceased nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan in its meeting held last month.
It is now revealed by sources that the same CDA board meeting also decided to revive the abandoned move to name three roads after historic figures of Josh Malihabadi, Jameeluddin Aali and Hafeez Jalandhari. To this effect, CDA will forward four names to the federal government for final approval.
