Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced that it will sell residential plots in Sector C-14 to the general public, as reported on May 31.

CDA Chairman Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa stated that one kanal plots will be available through a ballot system after applications are received. Previously, almost one fourth of the plots were given to people affected by the land-sharing agreements in the sector. The CDA has also decided to charge development fees to those allotted plots in Sector C-14 and other residential areas. Additionally, Muhammad Ali Randhawa instructed that the remaining development work in Sector I-12 should be completed within four months.
