Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa announced plans to establish a state-of-the-art bus terminal in Islamabad, as reported on July 7.

According to the details, the announcement was made during a meeting on May 6, 2024, which was attended by senior officials from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the CDA. During the meeting, Chairman Randhawa emphasized the need to conduct a study to identify three to four potential sites for the new terminal. The selected site should ensure excellent connectivity to all parts of the city. This initiative aims to enhance public transportation infrastructure in the federal capital.
