As per the details, the project site is situated opposite B-17 and spans over 74 acres of land. The triangle-shaped scheme falls on the border of Zone I and Zone III in the Sangjani area, at the start of Margalla Road. Due to its location, the project will be easily accessible from Margalla Road and G.T. Road. The triangle project will encompass five apartment towers, plots for farmhouses, a cinema, a mega shopping complex, and much more.
It is pertinent to mention that Gandhara Triangle Project was planned several years ago, but was launched because of some unknown reasons. Since the project has a huge potential for the collection of billions of rupees, the revenue will be utilised to attain land in Zone III.
Reportedly, Zone III spreads over 51,000 acres, out of which 20,000 acres is private and unacquired land. The Federal Commission has discussed different plans to acquire land in Zone II. The commission revealed that CDA will not opt for forced and compulsory acquisition. However, the landowners will not be able to sell their land in the open market.

According to the details, the landowners will sell their land whenever they want to the CDA at the fixed rates by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The land attained from the locals will be included in the national park area. The CDA officials disclosed that the authority will compensate the locals after getting funds from the Gandhara Triangle scheme.
