Reportedly, the CDA board meeting was held at the authority’s headquarters — with the board also taking the opportunity to allow the authority’s estate wing to officially launch the project. As per a summary tabled before the board, the prices of the plots (exclusive of the government’s tax rate) are as follows:
- PKR 7.79 million for a plot sized 25×50 sq ft
- PKR 15.08 million for a plot sized 35×70 sq ft
- PKR 19.70 million for a plot sized 40×80 sq ft
- PKR 27.7 million for a plot sized 50×90 sq ft
The meeting also decided that an additional amount of money would be charged for special plots in the society; with a 10% extra payment expected for corner plots, 10% for main boulevard plots, and 20% extra for main boulevard plus corner plots.

Furthermore, the successful allottees will have to pay 18 monthly instalments, with 20% of the full amount to be payable at the time of possession. In addition, the application forms for the society will be made available online soon — with the investors also able to pay their dues through the provided online payment gateway facility.
As per the official CDA document, there are ‘264 plots of 25×50, 597 plots of 35×70, 124 plots of 40×80, and 76 plots of 50×90’ available in this new phase of Park Enclave. The CDA has further assured of complete transparency in the ballot system — with the authority also considering employing the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA)’s system for the purpose.
