Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) announced plans to launch several high-standard real estate projects exclusively for overseas Pakistanis, as reported on September 10.

As per details, discussions between CDA officials and the Public-Private Partnership Authority centered around the development of these projects, which are designed to offer premium investment opportunities in Islamabad.
“Overseas Pakistanis are being provided with exceptional chances to invest in world-class real estate ventures within the capital,” said CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa. He added that the authority is committed to ensuring that these projects meet international standards to align with the expectations of overseas investors.
Mr. Randhawa emphasised that the CDA is working diligently to offer encumbrance-free land and projects, ensuring that overseas investments not only yield high returns but also contribute positively to Pakistan’s economy.

“These projects will enhance foreign remittances while accelerating the overall development of Islamabad,” he stated. The Public-Private Partnership Authority will provide technical expertise, with the hiring of advisers and consultants already in motion to ensure the success of these ventures. In addition, the CDA is currently reviewing unsolicited proposals received for these projects, aiming to select the most viable options that align with its vision for development.
