An operation to this effect was launched on Thursday in collaboration with the Islamabad administration and the police department. Director Enforcement, Project Director Park Enclave, Assistant Commissioner ICT, and several officials of the Land Directorate, were all present at occasion.
The housing project was launched in 2011. Previously, CDA had developed a major portion of Park Enclave. However, it could not proceed with the development of around five streets comprising 50 plots due to land grabbing activities in the area.

The authority has also tasked the Project Director of Park Enclave with developing the remaining portion. More than a dozen allottees will be able to construct houses on their plots which had formerly been under illegal occupation.
