Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has warned buyers against investing in commercial and residential projects in Sector E-12 that haven’t been approved by the civic authority yet, according to an ad published in national dailies.
In addition, the CDA has also directed Islamabad Electric Supply Company, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd, and other utility service providers, to not entertain these projects without CDA’s approval. The ad also warns developers of these unapproved projects against continuing related development work.
