Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has been asked to expedite development work in Sector I-12, which has caused delays in handing over possession of plots to their respective owners, according to news published on May 14.

As per the details, the plot owners of Sector I-12 have raised concerns over the slow pace of development work. They stated that infrastructure such as electricity connections, sewage systems, and roads are still not completed, which is causing a hindrance in the overall development of the sector. The plot owners have urged the CDA to complete the infrastructure work in the sector and offer early possession of plots.

The news source mentioned in June 2022, it was shared that the development of the said sector will be completed within three years; however, the slow pace of work indicates it might take longer than that.
