According to the details, the meeting also witnessed the General Manager of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) at CDA Headquarters on Tuesday. SNGPL outlined plans to replace the aging gas pipeline network in the city’s primary sectors, a critical step to modernise the system.
Chairman Randhawa directed CDA’s Engineering and Environment Wings to expedite the No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issuance to ensure swift progress and pledged CDA’s full cooperation in facilitating this effort. To address winter gas shortages, SNGPL detailed an action plan to maintain steady gas pressure and ensure uninterrupted supply during peak hours.

Chairman Randhawa emphasised the urgency of extending gas connections to priority projects, including the Gandhara Citizen Club in Sector F-9, and lauded SNGPL’s efficiency in relocating service lines for major developments.
