As per the official notification, the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) cost of the project was PKR 8.126 million. However, the lowest bid that was submitted to the CDA amounted to PKR 4.656 million – which is 47.4% below the estimated NIT cost.
Under this road infrastructure improvement project, the repair and rehabilitation work of the damaged street and roads’ portions in Sector I-14 will be carried out. The initiative is another part of the CDA’s strategy to develop and uplift the long-neglected sectors and infrastructural projects in the capital.
