The CDA has invited single-stage, two-envelope bids from the construction firms (registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council) for the project this week as the PC- I of the project has already been approved.
Previously, the government had announced its decision to fund the construction work of the Korang Bridge and PWD Underpass through its Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) 2020-21. The project is aimed at facilitating the commuters who suffer from the challenges caused by traffic congestion on a daily basis.
