Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has outlined significant milestones in its push to expedite development across eight residential sectors in the federal capital. This initiative aims to deliver fully developed plots to allottees in a timely manner, addressing the growing housing demand in Islamabad.
At the forefront of these efforts is Sector C-14, where over 200 one-kanal plots have been auctioned, generating more than Rs12 billion in revenue. CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, during a high-level meeting on Thursday, emphasized the importance of accelerating development in this sector. Currently, 85% of the road infrastructure and 35% of the drainage and sewerage systems have been completed.
