As per the information available, this operation was the result of the CDA’s pervious findings on the various violations taking place in the city. Purportedly, the authority had found two housing societies that had committed by-law violations in Zone-V. It had also found that residential and commercial plots in the area had replaced the spaces reserved for playgrounds, parks, health facilities, graveyards, and Sewerage Treatment Plants.
