As per the details, this move comes as a response to violations of terms, rules, and regulations, as well as non-compliance with obligations and outstanding dues. In reference to the public notice issued by the CDA, the cancelled plots include one in the prestigious 17 various main commercial areas (Marakaz) across the city. Additionally, 11 plots in the Industrial Area and 7 in Class III shopping centres have been revoked. Furthermore, 2 plots in CDA Park Enclave and 11 plots in the I&T sectors are also affected.
The aim behind this action is to uphold strict adherence to established guidelines and foster a culture of compliance within the real estate sector. The CDA emphasises that these cancellations are a consequence of clear violations and failure to meet specified obligations.
