Islamabad: As part of its ongoing anti-encroachment operation, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) recently retrieved a plot (situated in a housing scheme) on the Murree Road from illegal occupants, according to a news source.
The Enforcement Directorate of the Authority, assisted by the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration, Islamabad Police, and other authorities carried out this operation. These details were revealed in a press release, which also announced the successful retrieval of the plot.
Mass action was taken against the illegal occupants, and the property was vacated. The constructions demolished in this operation included 29 rooms, six boundary walls, and eight washrooms, among others. After taking due action, the CDA handed over the plot’s possession to the Estate Management-II Directorate.
