Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has resumed development work in the undeveloped section of Park Enclave Housing Scheme Phase I – a news source reported.
The project was launched in 2011. So far, the civic agency has completed 90% of the development work in the area. The officials concerned plan to complete the remaining development on an immediate basis.

Previously, CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed had attended the groundbreaking ceremony of a bridge in the scheme. This facility is being constructed at a cost of PKR 86 million.
At the ceremony, the chairman directed the contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of the bridge. He said that more tenders will be issued for several other projects in the upcoming days.
He informed the attendees that the contract for development work in Park Enclave I will be awarded within the next few days.
