Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced its decision to resume operations at the one-window facility in full compliance with all government-sanctioned SOPs, a news source reported on December 21.

According to the details revealed, the civic agency will determine the working hours of the service and no unauthorized person will be allowed to enter the premises. Moreover, elderly and differently-abled individuals will be facilitated on a priority basis.
The CDA had temporarily suspended its one-window center following the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic. It later stated that it had received numerous complaints from the citizens concerned over the closure.

Moreover, the authority has issued a set of guidelines for entrants. As per the requirements communicated, all entrants will be required to wear face masks and put on gloves in addition to keeping sanitizers with them at all times.
