Islamabad – Capital Development Authority (CDA) stated that it has recovered 70 kanals of land which was possessed by illegal occupants.
The stated land was recovered from the villages of Malpur, Bhara Kahu and Bani Gala. CDA said that over 50 illegal constructions were razed to recover the land.
In order to protect the recovered area, CDA will install barbed wires around it. The land was recovered by demolishing 2 buildings, 11 factories, 6 houses, 2 shops, 2 nurseries, 1 hotel and other illegal developments.
