Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has opted to collaborate with a private firm to develop a housing scheme named the ‘Kurri Enclave Housing Scheme’, as reported by a news source on February 12.

As revealed in the details, the project spans over 10,000 kanals in Kurri village. Although the land is owned by the CDA, the project, estimated at billions of PKR, will be executed as a joint venture with a prominent real estate developer or a consortium of firms.

The CDA’s board has already approved the launch and development of housing schemes in partnership with the private sector. Expressions of Interest (EOIS) have been solicited from reputed firms for project execution. The selected real estate entity will invest in the project’s development and planning.
