Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has presented a 215-page report to the Supreme Court responding to the court’s demand for details of violators and encroachers.
According to a news source, the CDA counsel told the court that homeowners, tenants and government agencies had obstructed footpaths and roads in various residential societies of the city. The lawyer also added that no formal approval had been taken by the violators from the civic authority to raise the offending structures on public space.
