Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Captain (rtd) Noor ul Amin Mengal recently visited Park Enclave and directed the concerned officials to handover possession of plots in phases two and three of the scheme where development work is completed, according to news published on April 2.

As per the reports, the CDA chief conducted an extensive visit to Islamabad and asked the engineering wing and contractor to pace up work in Park Enclave Phase 4 and the remaining parts of Phases 2 and 3.
During the visit, he ordered a fast-track execution and resumption of development work in stalled residential sectors of Islamabad. Mengal expressed his displeasure over development work standards in Sector I-15 and issued directives for improvement. He also warned of strict consequences if his instructions weren’t followed through.
Moreover, Mengal visited Nilore Residencia and CDA Nursery located on Park Road near Chak Shahzad. He inspected model apartments developed in Nilore Residencia as well.

Reportedly, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ordered the CDA to focus on the development of housing projects for overseas Pakistanis, as they are a major source of forex exchange in the country.
