Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Monday (June 13) announced possession of plots to the allottees in Sector I-15, news sources reported. The authority will hand over possession to 5,000 allotees after the completion of development work.

Reportedly, after a 15-year delay, the authorities have begun work on developing the three sub-sectors of I-15. It was informed that the CDA has allocated adequate funding for the completion of development work in subsectors I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4, including the building of a drainage system, a sewage network, roadways, street lights, culverts, and other residential facilities. According to the CDA, the completion of development work in the project will aid in meeting the country’s housing needs.

It is also worth noting that the CDA has begun building in Sector I-12 in order to hand out plots to allottees. In this respect, work in Subsectors I-12/2 and I-12/3 has also begun.
