According to the details, the specific plot, situated in the Diplomatic Enclave and spanning 3888.88 square yards, was sold at a rate of PKR 860,000 per square yard, accumulating to a total of PKR 3.3 billion. Despite the modest turnout, this single plot’s sale contributed significantly to the CDA’s revenue, amounting to around PKR 11 billion over two days. This comes as a considerable relief for the financially strained CDA.
