According to the details available, the CDA had invited bids under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure for development work in sub-sector E-12/2 and E-12/3 of sector E-12. Twelve firms submitted bids for E-12/3, while 10 firms submitted bids for sector E-12/2.
A committee headed by the CDA General Works Director will assess the submitted bids — with the financial bids for the firms that qualify to be opened. The project for development will be awarded to the lowest bidder.
Both the sub-sectors are expected to be developed together in order to provide them with road infrastructure, a water supply system, a sewerage system and other civic amenities.
