Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Monday announced that it would offer possession of Park Enclave-I plots soon, a news source reported. CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed, during his visit to the project site, stated that plot owners would be provided possessions after Eid-ul-Azha.

The CDA chairman visited Park Enclave-I, Park Enclave-II, extension of Park Enclave-II, and the Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) residential project. He revealed that the construction of the bridge was in its final stages; adding that allottees would get possession of Park Enclave plots after Eid. He added that the development authority had floated tenders for Park Enclave-II and development work would begin after August 10.

Ahmed also highlighted that CDA took the decision to create parks and other public facilities within the PHA project. He added that the authority would also contract the services of a private company to provide security to the more than 3,500 families of Park Enclave and PHA residential project.
