Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority Development Working Party (CDA-DWP) approved the PC-I of various development projects, which included the development of four residential sectors, as per the news published on July 12.

The CDA-DWP meeting chaired by CDA Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal gave approval for the development of Sectors C-13, C-14, E-13, and F-13. Additionally, the PC-I for the proposed 11th Avenue project was also approved.
For Sector C-13, a project worth PKR 1,078 million was approved with a 12-month completion timeline. The project aligns with the Islamabad Master Plan and aims to provide housing and flats in the scenic environment of the capital.
Similarly, the development of sector D-13 was allocated PKR 10,249.348 million, and sector E-13 was allocated PKR 12,274.370 million. These projects will cater to various income groups and consist of residential plots of different sizes. The completion time for both sectors is set at three years.
Sector F-13’s development was assigned PKR 12,676.494 million and will include residential plots of various sizes. This project is also expected to be completed within three years.

Furthermore, the meeting approved the PC-I for the extension of Margalla Avenue at the cost of PKR 2,930.078 million, construction of the 11th Avenue at the total cost of PKR 19,350 million, remaining work of the Multi-Purpose Citizen Club G-10 at the estimated cost of PKR 2,298.77 million, and the national bus terminal at the cost of PKR 4,252 million.
