The facilitation center will collaborate with the CDA to confirm and validate land records, maintain family inheritance certificates, and provide other land transfer services. In an interview, CDA Chairman Usman told reporters that the facilitation centre is an essential step toward accountability and transparency.
After the inauguration of this facility, no third party will be able to challenge land-related data, and property transfers and purchases will be simplified. The chairman stated that the administration is working hard to improve the amenities at the CDA facilitation centre. He urged CDA officials to speed work on pending applications and warned that no delays in this award will be permitted.
