In a proactive move, the CDA has streamlined the approval process for building plans at the facilitation center, ensuring swift service. Under this contemporary and expedited system, residential buildings spanning 356 yards will now receive approval, accompanied by the necessary documents, within two days, subject to an additional fee of PKR 20,000. For larger residential buildings exceeding 356 yards, approval will be granted within two days, with a fee of PKR 30,000.
Moreover, commercial buildings up to 10,000 square yards will also undergo a streamlined approval process within three days. A dedicated desk has been established to address these matters, eliminating the need for citizens to wait in separate lines. The facilitation center has been designed to provide a conducive environment for citizens, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

This facilitates a quick processing of their case by the respective desk. The implementation of the fast-track service ensures that citizens visiting the CDA Facilitation Center experience minimal wait times and no unnecessary standing in lines. Once the necessary paper documents are completed, approval will be granted promptly, enhancing the overall efficiency of the approval process.
