CDA operationalised the e-filing system within the Human Resource Development (HRD) and Administration directorates. CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed had previously issues directives for the introduction of the said system within the authority.
CDA’s Information Technology (IT) Directorate operationalised the e-filing system in the two directorates in two weeks’ time. The authority has also tasked the IT Directorate with integrating the rest of the directorates with the new system.
In addition to providing the required equipment, the IT Directorate also trained the HRD and Administration staff prior to commencing with the e-filing system’s pilot project.
