Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Friday announced its decision to launch the Park Enclave-II Extension project in the capital city, a news source reported. According to the details revealed, the project would be designed to provide suitable residential accommodation for the city’s middle-class demographic.

CDA revealed that Park Enclave-II Extension project would feature small and medium sized plots to accommodate the middle-class segment of the society. The authority plans to develop the project on over 900 kanals of land.
Officials stated that the CDA Board had approved the project’s layout plan last month. They added that the authority expected to launch it in September and would provide plot allotments via open balloting.

Park Enclave-II Extension will offer plots of five, seven, 10, and 14 marlas, along with some plots of 1 kanal. The layout plan indicates 17% area reserved for greenbelts and playgrounds, 5% for a commercial area, and 35 kanals of land for future use. The project’s location falls between Park Enclave-I and Park Enclave-II. CDA has already begun installing fences around the proposed land for the initiative.
