The residents of the said sector complained of encroachments, poor water supply, mismanaged sewerage system, narrow nullahs and dilapidated road infrastructure. As per the inspection team’s reports, the residents’ claims were valid and the specified problems were causing a nuisance for the dwellers. It was also highlighted that many housing and commercial projects in the area were operating without CDA’s authorization or No-objection Certificate (CDA).
