Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA), through a newspaper posting on Thursday, invited verified stakeholder objections/communications with regard to any possession claims concerned with the 2,000 kanals of land intended for the development of the Supreme Court Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme (SCECHS), a news source reported.

The said housing scheme is located in Sector G-17, Mauza Barkat and Mauza Nogri in Zone II Islamabad. According to the announcement, the society administration recently submitted several documents including fard, NOC and other relevant drafts to the CDA. As per the details mentioned in these papers, the society possesses a total of 2,114 kanals of land in the aforementioned mauzas.

The development authority has asked people and companies concerned to submit any tangible claim, lien, charge, conflict or court case details with regard to the land in possession of the Supreme Court Employees Society.
The notice asks people to submit their objections within 15 days of the publishing of the notice (January 2). The civic agency further stated that it would not entertain any requests after the passage of the deadline. The objections can be forwarded to the CDA Director (HS Planning Wing) at the authority’s office in Islamabad.
