The infrastructure work in the said phases is almost complete and a good number of the plot owners have begun constructing their houses. The CDA has decided to build the treatment plant so that it will be able to treat the contaminated water in the area, and help avoid pollution as soon as the allottees start dwelling in their houses. The development authority has further offered to provide technical assistance to those societies which want to establish their own STPs.
