Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated the process of inviting bids for the infrastructure development works in Park Enclave-II – following the near-completion developmental proceedings in Park Enclave-I, according to news sources.

The interested firms are encouraged to follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure to submit their bids. The eligibility criteria for the construction firms require a certificate from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above.

When the contract is awarded, the winning firm will be responsible for the construction of road infrastructure, water supply network, drainage system, box culverts, sewerage network, street lights and landscaping — including the development of parks and green areas.
This initiation of developmental activities at the Park Enclave-II is part of a comprehensive CDA strategy to develop their stalled sectors.
