Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) administration has decided to invite bids for the development works in the Park Enclave III housing project on April 27, according to news sources.

As per the official statement; the development works will include road, drainage and boundary walls. Reportedly, the Park Enclave III encompasses 453 kanals of land and is communicated to be completed at the cost of PKR 490 million within a period of one year.
The PC-I of the project has been approved by CDA’s Development Working Party (DWP) and the development work has been kicked off by the installation of a security fence at the proposed site of the housing scheme.

Previously, some 1,047 plots of various sizes were auctioned in the housing society and now the authority has launched development work. To this effect, the services of a consultant have been hired for the environmental impact assessment of the project (EIA). Moreover, additional tenders for the development of further infrastructure and development work.
