Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued new directives for improving traffic monitoring and flow on Nazim-ud-Din Road, Sectors F-6 and F-7 (with a special focus on traffic situation at Kalsoom Chowk), according to news sources.

As per officials, the department has introduced these measures to address the traffic concerns faced by the commuters in the area. Further, the civic agency has directed the Traffic Engineering Directorate to formulate an efficient traffic improvement plan for the area.

According to reports, a plan has been prepared and given to the Roads Directorate for execution. This new and improved traffic plan will direct proper lane making, cat-eye separations would be installed and proper direction signage will also be implemented to guide commuters towards their proper destinations.
