As per the details, the helpline is available for citizens in Islamabad from 9 AM to 9 PM, so they can register their complaints and get information about the services of the CDA. According to spokesperson Asif Reza Shah, the citizens can avail a wide range of services including taxation and excise. He further added that through the said helpline, the civic agency can monitor prices as citizens could register their complaints about high prices or not displaying the list of market rates. This helpline is aimed to make the civic agency more responsive and bridge the communication gap between citizens and CDA.
