As per CDA, the launch of the helpline and the backend services provided by the NRCP will help increase service delivery, increase compliance, and remove red-tapism in delivering services to the citizens. Furthermore, citizens can enquire about the service and provide feedback using the helpline.

A private cellular company will provide the technology infrastructure and performance management. Following the establishment of the helpline, citizens will be able to launch complaints and track the progress of the services. Moreover, a new facilitation centre has been established to provide land transfer, estate management, revenue, and one window operations. The CDA helpline also provides the facility to check the progress of property transfer applications and register complaints regarding overpriced commodities, such as groceries, through the same helpline.
