On Tuesday, The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has held the balloting of residential plots of Park Enclave Project.
The balloting was conducted by CDA Chairman, Farkhand Iqbal, who started the process at CDA Headquarters. To let people know the transparency of balloting, it was held in front of a large number of allottees. 613 residential plots were allotted through this process. CDA Chairman commented while addressing the ceremony that development work would be completed as per commitment.
He further added that Park Enclave is the only environment friendly model housing project in Islamabad where people can enjoy natural environment. Security wall around the housing scheme is also being constructed and the rest of development work will be completed on priority basis. He asked allottees to pay the instalments as per the schedule so that development work will not be halted or stopped.
While throwing light on other projects he said that development work is in progress on mega projects such as Margalla Avenue and 11th Avenue whereas work on other projects including water supply from Ghazi Barotha Dam to the twin cities and launch of modern bus service will be commenced soon. CDA Chairman is hopeful that these projects will affect on the business growth in Islamabad. He further added that CDA is committed to make Islamabad the hub of economic activities. Therefore, CDA is expanding Blue Area where multi storey buildings and commercial towers will be constructed.
