Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has accelerated its efforts on various road projects to enhance the city’s infrastructure for the convenience of its residents, as reported in a news article on March 15.

Under the direction of the CDA chairman, construction of a new footpath in Sector I-8 is underway, with an allocated budget of PKR 14 million. Tender notices have been issued in newspapers, and once bids are scrutinised, construction will commence promptly. The chairman has instructed relevant departments to prioritise the repair and functionality of deteriorating footpaths to serve the public better.
